Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• This promotion is valid once per organisation and is non transferrable to any other company.
• Offer only available to companies with a registered invoicing address in the UK and Europe.
• To qualify you must reference this promotional email during your first interaction with Learning Pool.

Discount Offer:

• Organisations that purchase ‘Custom Content creation services’ of at least £20,000+VAT (€23,530 +VAT) within the promotion period will be eligible for a 50% discount on the first hour of their first order.

Promotion Period:

• The offer is valid for orders confirmed in writing before March 31, 2024.

Discount Application:

• The 50% discount will be applied to the first one hour of your order of ‘Custom Content creation services’ and cannot be applied or transferred to any other product or services bought separately, or at the same time as the ‘Custom Content creation service’.

Single Use per Organisation:

• The offer can only be used once per organisation, and subsequent orders will not qualify for the promotional discount.

Minimum Purchase Requirement:

• To qualify for the promotion, the organisation must make a minimum purchase of £20,000 + VAT for Custom Content creation services.
• Custom content work can comprise any qualifying project from our Standard, Enhanced or Complex levels.
• Custom content orders involving third-party services including, but not limited to, voiceover work, translations and video production are not eligible for the discount 

Non-Transferable:

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed by any other organisation.

Cancellation or Modification:

• Learning Pool reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Compliance:

• The organisation must comply with all terms and conditions shown here to qualify for the promotion.

Validity Period:

• Any orders placed after March 31, 2024, will not qualify for the promotional discount.

Other Terms:

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
• ‘Custom Content creation services’ promotional orders will be processed in order of booking and are subject to availability. Due to the bespoke nature of custom content creation orders may not be delivered within the promotional period. Learning Pool will endeavour to deliver work to your timelines but if we are unable to meet your deadlines, the offer cannot be transferred beyond the ‘Promotional Period’.
