Walsingham Support implements Learning Pool’s LMS for seamless compliance training

Derry-based Learning Pool has today announced the partnership with Walsingham Support, which sees the charity implement Learning Pool’s LMS to give a clearer overview of compliance training.

Walsingham Support is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across England and Wales. Since 1986, the charity has provided bespoke solutions that enable individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. 

The charity sought Learning Pool’s help to implement a platform that would reduce the barriers currently associated with compliance training. Impressed with the easy-to-follow dashboards, Walsingham Support chose to implement Learning Pool’s Learning Management System (LMS) for a clearer overview of compliance. The platform will help managers and learners keep track of their learning experience and create a culture where learning is accessible and enjoyable.

Walsingham Support has taken Learning Pool’s Social Care catalogue to provide relevant, up-to-date and engaging content. The charity will also use Adapt Builder to re-brand the content to meet its guidelines and audience needs. Walsingham Support plans to utilize their internal talent by working with subject matter experts to develop bespoke training. The L&D team’s ambition is to increase engagement and empower staff to take ownership of their learning throughout the organization.
