Learning Pool, the Derry-based elearning solutions provider is thrilled to announce the recent partnership with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) specialists, Focal Point Training, resulting in the creation of a new collection of EDI-focused content.
Founded in 2001, Focal Point Training is a consultancy company specializing in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training. By identifying the behaviors needed for a respectful and collaborative workplace, Focal Point Training works with organizations across all sectors to help build and embed a culture of inclusion.
Focal Point Training has collaborated with Learning Pool to update and refresh the company’s existing content regarding equality, diversity and inclusion. In doing so, consultants have helped Learning Pool identify the gaps in its current off-the-shelf library offering to create a single collection of new content on the subject matter. Together, Focal Point Training and Learning Pool have developed 24 pieces of content covering unconscious bias, mental health awareness and dignity and respect.
Separate learning pathways have also been created alongside the new collection for EDI enabling line managers and team members to receive content relevant to them.
