True Office Learning wins twice at Brandon Hall’s 2022 HCM Excellence Awards

True Office Learning (a Learning Pool company), creators of groundbreaking adaptive elearning technology, is thrilled to announce its double-award success at the 2022 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards for Human Capital Management. 

Led by Brandon Hall Group, a leading research and analyst firm, the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards are the largest and longest-running awards program of its kind. Welcoming entries from corporate training, learning, talent and HR departments worldwide, the Human Capital Management award is given to those that can demonstrate a learning program’s ability to measurably benefit an organization and its employees. 

For the second year in a row, True Office Learning has scored a Gold-award win alongside one of its pharmaceutical clients. This year, for achieving ‘Best Results of a Learning Program’ for their work together using behavioral data and insight to optimize learning. 

Embarking on a three-year journey, True Office Learning partnered with this client to help transform and optimize its Healthcare Laws compliance program using tailored content and advanced data analytics. Throughout the partnership, the client has been able to drive a measurable reduction in learner seat time by using True Office’s adaptive learning technology to tailor content to a learner’s role, responsibility and prior knowledge. Follow-up communications and microlearning activities have also been utilized to improve learner proficiency in target areas. 

True Office Learning was also delighted to scoop a Silver award for ‘Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy’ in partnership with a global medical technology company. 

Aligning two of its core company values (‘we do what is right’ and ‘we are all accountable’) with its mission to provide practical, understandable and innovative solutions that help educate employees on compliance risks and actively encourage ethical behavior, the client developed a custom Code of Conduct training program using True Office Learning’s Scholar training analytics and IQ Analytics. The result was markedly improved training that saved annual seat time, helped employees achieve topic mastery and mitigated risk through targeting low-performing segments of the program.
