‘World Leader’ Status for Learning Pool Following Gold Win at International CSR Excellence Awards

The company is thrilled to have achieved ‘World Leader’ status for Corporate Social Responsibility for both Gold and Silver Wins at the International CSR Excellence Awards 2019.
These International CSR Excellence Awards are presented to companies that have a heart and who use their privileged position to help their colleagues, communities, customers, the environment and those less fortunate.
Throughout 2019, Learning Pool was able to donate over £9000 to various charities, including Aware NI, Rainbows Hospice and Oxford Homeless Pathways, as well as participating in a number of volunteering projects such as wrapping Christmas presents for the homeless in Oxfordshire, and introducing more environmentally-friendly processes to our organization.
Efforts were recognized during the International CSR Awards in July with a Gold win for ‘Community Commitment’ and Silver for ‘Volunteering’. Winners were presented with their trophies at a prestigious ceremony at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London, with their award-winning CSR actions published as best practice in a ‘World Leaders’ publication.
Organizations were then presented with the ‘World Leader’ insignia at a second Awards evening at the Houses of Parliament in Westminster, London in November 2019. The CSR ‘World Leader’ status has previously been awarded to organizations including George@Asda, The Fresh Olive Company, Shree Cement and Dogus Group.
