The company’s Compliance Team delivers monthly compliance updates, including emails from the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. These emails have a high click-through rate to detailed articles on the company intranet.
The articles, informed by data gathered from training sessions, foster transparency by discussing training outcomes, addressing challenging questions, and providing clear explanations.
