One of the most significant milestones of 2025 was the expansion of Learning Pool through the acquisitions of WorkRamp and Elucidat.
These additions strengthened our vision to deliver the first truly end-to-end learning ecosystem, bringing together learning management, content creation, digital adoption, and performance enablement in a connected, scalable way.

An exceptional year for awards
2025 has been a staggering year of recognition for Learning Pool. We secured 24 award wins, with three additional shortlists in the LPI Learning Awards, to be announced in February. Highlights include two Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards and a Silver Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Award for Adaptive Compliance.
This level of recognition reflects not only the strength of our solutions, but the real impact they deliver for organisations and learners around the world.
Leading the way in AI-powered learning
This year also marked a major milestone in our leadership in AI for digital learning. Learning Pool was recognised by the Fosway Group as a leader in AI, and received a Stevie Award for Technology Excellence in AI reinforcing our position at the forefront of AI-powered learning innovation.
With Elucidat and WorkRamp joining the family, our AI capabilities have grown even stronger, expanding how organisations create, deliver, and measure learning at scale.
Launching AI Assess
Innovation remained central to everything we delivered in 2025, including the launch of AI Assess.
