Approved Persons Regime Training elearning module
This module covers what an Approved Person is and what their role in an organization is with clear focus on when and how this role can be completed. It also covers an overview of the changes that came into place in late 2018. On the 9th December 2019, SM&CR is extended to all firms that are regulated only by the FCA. The Approved Persons Regime will be replaced by SM&CR on that date.
Your learners will understand Why Approved Persons are necessary and what their duties are. Learners will discover how they can become an approved person and the factors considered during the approval process.
