Becoming an Effective Leader elearning module
This module helps learners identify the attributes of leadership and shows how these skills can be best used in the modern workplace. We look at established models of leadership and guide the learner in evaluating their own leadership style.
Learners discover when team members are engaged, and learn best practice in motivation, delegation, mentoring and empowerment. Your leaders will have a better understanding of their responsibilities and how it applies to their role. They’ll be equipped to critically evaluate their own abilities and make improvements where required and will be encouraged to follow up the course by creating a detailed personal development plan.
