Leadership Styles and Theories elearning Module

This elearning module will introduce you to various leadership styles, including democratic and transactional. You will also learn about a number of different leadership theories through a series of practical case studies. You will be prompted to reflect on your own leadership style by answering a set of reflective questions and by gaining feedback from others. There is an accompanying module on ‘What is leadership?’.

On completion, learners will understand a range of leadership approaches styles and when they work best, and the importance of knowing the associated risks with using any one style for too long. Learners will also understand the importance of feedback in developing their leadership style.
