This module is intended to get you off the couch and running 5K in 9 weeks. The module will take 10 to 15 minutes to read through, but the program takes 9 weeks and will hopefully keep you going for the rest of your life.
This module is designed to get learners up to running 5K in about half an hour at the end of a two month schedule. Learners can listen to a collection of tracks that talk them through each week’s warm up walk and running schedule.
