Bug Fixes:

• LPLMS-5759 – Hyperlinks displaying as a lime green colour in Tiles format – Hyperlinks that were used within the tiles format were showing as a lime green colour by default. This is now resolved and they display in the correct link colour.
• LPLMS-5760 – OJT showing duplicate names – Admin reported that OJT sign off was showing duplicate entries for the same learners. This has now been resolved.
