Learning Pool (formerly HT2 Labs) and clients Villeroy & Boch are celebrating today after picking up the ‘Social & Collaborative Learning’ Gold Award at the Learning and Performance Institute’s annual Learning Awards Ceremony, held at The Dorchester, London, February 4.
The Social and Collaborative Learning Award is presented to an enterprise that has delivered engagement, knowledge and/or skills using social learning and that has had a clearly demonstrable business impact on the organisation.
Judges for the category said they were “in total agreement on [Learning Pool (formerly HT2 Labs) and Villeroy & Boch] winning”.

Stream LXP (formerly Curatr) is a social learning platform developed by HT2 which gives L&D teams the tools to design, deliver and facilitate Social Learning experiences whilst making the best of the content and systems they already own.
The Villeroy & Boch project not only demonstrates the power of social learning done right, but also shows how data captured in an LRS (Learning Locker) can be fed back into training programmes to improve course design and user experience, as well as helping to prove the impact on performance.. It is a true example of the power of social learning to any organisation looking to roll out learning to a multilingual audience on a global scale.

The win continues a great run of success for Learning Pool (formerly HT2 Labs), who exhibited at Europe’s leading showcase of organisational learning and technology – Learning Technologies – earlier this week.
Having recently won a coveted Brandon Hall Award for Excellence in Technology, a BETT award with partners TES Institute (Bett Award 2016 for web-based whole school aids in the ICT Tools for Learning, Teaching and Assessment category) and being the platform on which Kaboodle – a new digital learning and communications platform for retail – is built, Stream LXP (formerly Curatr) has trebled its customer-base in the last 12 months.
